Refund Policy
- Order Cancellation:
- If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued within 7-10 working days in your bank account. If you cancel your order to place a new one with different specifications, the amount paid will be transferred as a “Re-Order Token” to your account for future use.
Return Policy
- Acceptable Returns:
- Returns are only accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. After that within 2 to 7 days, refund will be credited in your bank account. If the package is damaged or an incorrect product has been sent. This must be noted with the carrier upon receiving the product.
- Handling Damaged Products:
- Exterior Damage: If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept it. Instead, take a photo of the damage and reject the package. This will help us initiate a replacement order immediately.
- Interior Damage: If the product inside is damaged but the exterior packaging is intact, please contact us for assistance. If you have an unboxing video, we will expedite the replacement process.
